Your careers page is translated, your vacancies are localised. Done, right?<\/p>\n<p>Not for AI.<\/p>\n<p>LLMs generate different answers depending on the language of the query, the user's location, and the resources available in that language. A candidate asking about employers in German will get different results from someone asking in Dutch, even if it is about the same company.<\/p>\n<h3>Why language and region matter<\/h3>\n<p>Research shows that\u00a0<strong>\u201cTwo people in the same location with the same prompt can get different business results\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0variability is built into LLM systems. Platform-specific presence<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Be present where local candidates are looking:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Germany: Kununu, XING, LinkedIn DE<\/li>\n<li>Netherlands: Glassdoor NL, LinkedIn NL, Indeed NL<\/li>\n<li>Belgium: LinkedIn BE, StepStone<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3.
