Jij weet niet eens dat dit gebeurt.<\/p>\n<p>Welkom in het tijdperk van AI-reputatierisico.\u00a0 Waar misinformatie niet alleen verspreid wordt door mensen, maar ook door algoritmes.<\/p>\n<h3>Waarom dit probleem groeit<\/h3>\n<p>Onderzoek gepubliceerd in\u00a0<em>Nature Communications<\/em>\u00a0(2024) onthult een verontrustend patroon:\u00a0<strong>50-90% van LLM-gegenereerde citaties ondersteunt de claims waaraan ze gekoppeld zijn niet volledig<\/strong>. AI-systemen &#8220;hallucineren&#8221;, ze genereren plausibel klinkende maar feitelijk onjuiste informatie.<\/p>\n<p>Voor employer branding betekent dit:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Verouderde informatie blijft circuleren (reorganisaties van jaren geleden)<\/li>\n<li>Negatieve reviews worden disproportioneel gewogen<\/li>\n<li>Feitelijke onjuistheden worden gepresenteerd als feiten<\/li>\n<li>Context gaat verloren (een kritisch artikel wordt een definitief oordeel)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>De beperkingen van correctie<\/h3>\n<p>Hier komt de frustrerende realiteit: je kunt een LLM niet bellen om een correctie aan te vragen. Er is geen &#8220;recht op rectificatie&#8221; zoals bij traditionele media.<\/p>\n<p>Onderzoek toont bovendien dat\u00a0<strong>menselijke fact-checks significant effectiever zijn dan AI-gegenereerde fact-checks<\/strong>. Erger nog: wanneer AI zelf probeert te fact-checken, kan dit averechts werken. Het kan geloof in accurate informatie verminderen wanneer de AI het onterecht als vals bestempelt.<\/p>\n<h3>Strategie\u00ebn die w\u00e9l werken<\/h3>\n<p><strong>1. Preventie door content-dominantie<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De beste verdediging is een goede aanval. Cre\u00eber zoveel accurate, recente, gestructureerde content dat deze de verouderde of onjuiste informatie overstemt.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Publiceer regelmatig updates over je cultuur en werkgeversmerk<\/li>\n<li>Zorg dat recente, positieve content makkelijk vindbaar en citeerbaar is<\/li>\n<li>Update bestaande pagina&#8217;s minimaal elk half jaar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) begrijpen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Moderne AI-systemen gebruiken RAG, ze halen actuele informatie op van het web voordat ze antwoorden genereren. Dit betekent dat verse, goed gestructureerde content op je eigen domein direct invloed heeft op AI-antwoorden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Multi-platform consistentie<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>AI-systemen trianguleren informatie uit meerdere bronnen. Inconsistenties tussen je website, LinkedIn, Glassdoor en persberichten cre\u00ebren verwarring en verwarring leidt tot onnauwkeurige syntheses.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Proactieve monitoring<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Wat je niet meet, kun je niet managen.
