Maar er is een nieuwe laag toegevoegd: de AI-onderzoeksfase.<\/p>\n<p>Voordat een kandidaat je carri\u00e8repagina bezoekt, heeft 38% van de werkzoekenden onder 30 al aan een LLM gevraagd: &#8220;Is [bedrijf] een goede werkgever?&#8221; (Tidio Research, 2025)<\/p>\n<p>Je eerste indruk wordt niet meer gemaakt door jou. De ontdekkingsvraag<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Welke tech bedrijven in Amsterdam hebben een goede work-life balance?&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Dit is waar je employer brand moet opduiken of je concurrent wint.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Optimalisatie:<\/strong>\u00a0Zorg dat je work-life balance beleid concreet en citeerbaar is gedocumenteerd. Niet &#8220;wij geloven in balans&#8221; maar &#8220;32-urige werkweek optioneel, gemiddeld 2 dagen remote.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. De vergelijkingsvraag<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Wat is het verschil tussen werken bij [jouw bedrijf] en [concurrent]?&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>LLM&#8217;s synthetiseren informatie van beide bedrijven. Wie meer concrete, positieve datapunten heeft, wint.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Optimalisatie:<\/strong>\u00a0Publiceer vergelijkingscontent zelf. &#8220;Waarom kiezen engineers voor ons vs. big tech?&#8221; met eerlijke, specifieke argumenten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. De diepte-vraag<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Hoe is de doorgroeimogelijkheid bij [bedrijf]?&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Hier zoekt de kandidaat specifieke informatie. Vage antwoorden = verloren kandidaat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Optimalisatie:<\/strong>\u00a0Employee journey data publiceren. &#8220;Gemiddelde tijd tot senior: 2.5 jaar. 73% van management is intern doorgegroeid.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. De validatievraag<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Zijn er rode vlaggen bij [bedrijf]?&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Kandidaten gebruiken AI om risico&#8217;s te identificeren. Oude Glassdoor-reviews, nieuwsberichten over ontslagen, negatieve Reddit-threads \u2014 alles komt boven.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Optimalisatie:<\/strong>\u00a0Pro-actief adresseren. Als je een moeilijke periode hebt gehad, publiceer hoe je bent verbeterd. Transparantie wint van stilte.<\/p>\n<h3>De &#8220;zero-click&#8221; kandidaat<\/h3>\n<p>Een groeiend segment kandidaten solliciteert zonder ooit je website te bezoeken:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Vraagt AI om werkgeveraanbevelingen<\/li>\n<li>Krijgt jouw naam + samenvatting<\/li>\n<li>Vraagt AI om vacature-details<\/li>\n<li>Laat AI CV en brief schrijven<\/li>\n<li>Solliciteert via LinkedIn Easy Apply<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>In je analytics: nul touchpoints. In werkelijkheid: een volledig ge\u00efnformeerde kandidaat.<\/p>\n<h3>Implicaties voor je employer brand strategie<\/h3>\n<h4>Content moet standalone werken<\/h4>\n<p>Elke pagina, elk artikel moet los van context begrijpelijk zijn. AI extraheert fragmenten, niet volledige journeys.<\/p>\n<h4>Consistentie is niet optioneel<\/h4>\n<p>AI vergelijkt wat je zegt op je website, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, in persberichten. Inconsistenties worden opgemerkt en schaden vertrouwen.<\/p>\n<h4>Snelheid van informatie-update<\/h4>\n<p>Als je beleid verandert, moet dat overal tegelijk ge\u00fcpdatet worden. Een kandidaat die via AI hoort dat je &#8220;volledig remote&#8221; bent terwijl je website &#8220;hybride&#8221; zegt, haakt af.<\/p>\n<h4>De rol van employee voices<\/h4>\n<p>In de AI-journey wegen medewerkersstemmen zwaar.
